HEAL

Glacier National Park, Montana (Part of Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park)

Namaste. My name is Natasha, but please do feel most free to simply call me Tasha or Tash. I am twenty-four years of age in this lifetime. I live amidst the wilds of Montana. I am a spiritually aware love. I am a poet. I write upon the Ether. I am a song. I am the Sound of Creation. I AM. I am a painting Divine, strokes of majestic blue and gold waltzing gracefully about the innocent purity of white. The dancer is the dance and the dance the dancer. I am VIBRANT ENERGY. I am here, there and everywhere, scattered beautifully across God's Multiverse. Where are you? You are in me. I am in you. It goes even deeper than that. There is no such thing as you and there is no such thing as I. There is only the One. See? The Cosmic Sea. All Truth is simple, and there is only the One. I like to call it the ONE LOVE. I want to share with you here. I am in the process of opening up to mySelf. My Real Self. Healing I must engage in. Creation is the name of the game. I have been holding back so long, resisting, all the while knowing Spirit...but not intimately enough. I wish to share with you of my journey, and I seek to inspire you with my musings. We will communicate further soon here through the Ether. Only Love. ONE LOVE. AUM (Hindu). OMNE (Latin). HUM (Tibetan). AMIN (Greek). AMEN (Christian and Egyptian). Sounds of Creation. Sound of Creation. See, it is all connected. There are endless examples like this. There is only the One. There is no intellect here. True knowledge is not to be found in books, for it is all written down in God's library. Akasha. The record of All~That~Is. It is there. There is no out there. There is only in here....Within. There. Yes, there. Spirit is that from which all else stems. Might I clarify that books can prove beautiful tools, however, as can the Ether here. thanks for sharing.. I hope you do more on your blog. I am trying to go raw but find it difficult as I'm not even completely vegan yet, but I think I'm ready for the big step and don't need to take baby steps to the goal.

wishing you the best always,

iris

Dear Iris,

I will do more on my blog, thanks so much for your encouraging comment. It is especially encouraging because this is my first real blog...in that I plan to actually keep this one, teehee.

Raw, how I know, it can prove so challenging...yes, it can. I feel, too, that I am ready to take that big plunge. Actually, I have, but only as of late. But I know...so understand where you're coming from. However, I would suggest being gentle with yourself if you are not already. It is a big change, but it is so worth it once it is made. I think that Anthony at www.rawmodel.com has a lot of great ideas about sticking with it...such as adding good things into one's diet, rather than simply changing dramatically. And a lot of great, simple recipes as well. It is a strong force, cooked foods, having known them for so long. It is just that our will to change must be stronger than our learned eating habits. It is challenging, but it can SO be done. Faith and willpower, this is the way, I feel...

Have you joined Bunny Berry's social network? It is http://raw100.ning.com. That might help. It is helping me. Too, I just can't say enough about Anthony's blog. I think it is so inspiring...like, especially if you go back to the first pages of it and read it from the ground up.

Okay, sometimes I talk A LOT, so I'd best be going for now.

ONLY LOVE,
Tash
X

Dear Anthony,

Thanks so much for your support. You have helped me so much here through the ether. God, you have...selfless-like you are. (You have great compassion.) I will be mentioning something of how much you have inspired me in my next post. You are one cool cat, Friend.

Peace Out,
Tash
